GARY MOORE

I began working with Gary on his drum & bass flavored 1997 album Dark Days In Paradise, suitably recorded on the island of Capri, Italy, in Miami and Chateau Miraval in the south of France. This led to him inviting me to play with him on his European tour to promote the album that summer in a line up with with legendary players Guy Pratt on Bass and Gary Husband on drums. Notable gigs include Montreaux Jazz Festival, a Hells Angel festival near Lyon, France at which I dislocated my shoulder whilst throwing improbable shapes with my arms during a keyboard flourish on the first number and a military base in Hell, Norway - very Spinal Tap (see video links below).
